THEMATIC STUDIES AND CENTRAL SUBJECT

QUERY

What is TS/CS today and how does it serve the changing needs of our students? How do we connect CS/TS to local community partners to enhance our students experience? 

ACTION

Each working group is composed of Shady Hill School faculty and staff who will meet monthly between October 2023 and May 2024 to explore the key questions within each priority area, and establish a plan for moving forward.

OUTCOME

Recommendations will be made by the strategic planning working groups to the senior leadership team in June 2024.  The leadership team will prioritize these recommendations for the Board's review in September 2024.

STRATEGIC PLAN WORKING GROUPS

Seven working groups have been formed to study these priority areas and to create a roadmap for Shady Hill. Each group is composed of faculty, staff and administration. The groups are:

These groups will meet October through May, to study specific questions, gather data and make recommendations to shape plans.  Throughout this process Shady Hill will seek wider internal and external community input.
