QUERY
What kind of structures and support do we need to meet the students’ needs? What faculty pd is needed in order to meet the diverse learning needs of our students?
ACTION
Each working group was composed of Shady Hill School faculty and staff who met monthly between October 2023 and May 2024 to explore the key questions within each priority area, and establish a plan for moving forward.
OUTCOME
A Learning Resources review with outside experts is scheduled for next fall, with recommendations expected in spring 2026.
STRATEGIC PLAN WORKING GROUPS
Seven working groups have been formed to study these priority areas and to create a roadmap for Shady Hill. Each group is composed of faculty, staff and administration. The groups are:

These groups will meet October through May, to study specific questions, gather data and make recommendations to shape plans. Throughout this process Shady Hill will seek wider internal and external community input.
